Effective Date: March 5, 2026 – These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ROSA Crochet’s website and services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed via our website or WhatsApp. Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, and JazzCash. For custom orders, a 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining 50% due on delivery.

Delivery

We deliver within Karachi only. Free delivery is available for orders over ₨1,000, excluding custom orders.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order (custom or ready-made) is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or exchanges. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming.
We may offer a refund or replacement if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, video proof of the unboxing clearly showing the issue must be provided within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds for custom orders are only considered under the same condition.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made according to your specifications. Please provide accurate information regarding colors, sizes, and designs. Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the custom item.

Product Quality

All items are handmade, and minor variations in color, texture, or size are natural and part of the charm of handcrafted products. All items are crafted with care and a premium finish.

Liability

ROSA Crochet is not responsible for delays caused by delivery partners, incorrect information provided by the customer, or issues beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of ROSA Crochet. Copying or reproducing them without permission is prohibited.
